Privacy Policy

BeatMuse

Last updated: August 28, 2026

BeatMuse (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use our mobile application and any related services we operate (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

BeatMuse lets you create, play, and manage AI-assisted music and related content. Current features include:

Some features require an internet connection and send your inputs to our backend so that specialized third-party AI and audio providers can process them.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

2.2 Information collected automatically

2.3 Information processed on our servers

When you request AI generation, lyrics, covers, extensions, AI video, or similar features, relevant inputs (for example prompts, lyrics, parameters, scene choices, and when applicable audio you uploaded or recorded) are transmitted over HTTPS to our backend (API proxy). Our backend forwards requests to specialized third-party AI and audio processing providers for the following purposes:

These providers process data under contractual safeguards and in accordance with applicable law. We vet our providers for security and privacy compliance. Outputs (for example generated audio, video, or metadata) are returned to the app.

2.4 AI Data Processing & consent

The app includes an AI Data Processing notice that explains what data is sent to AI services and how it is processed, and — where consent is required by applicable law or platform policy — asks for your agreement before your inputs are first sent for AI processing. If you have questions, or want to withdraw a consent you previously gave, contact us at techhunt.bridge@gmail.com or delete the app; withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already occurred. If you prefer not to share your inputs with AI services, do not use the AI-powered features.

2.5 Custom voices & consent of the speaker

If you train a custom voice model, you confirm that the voice you record is your own, or that you have explicit permission from the person whose voice is being recorded. Do not record or upload another person's voice without their consent. We may suspend custom-voice features for accounts associated with abuse or misuse of voice cloning.

2.6 Biometric information

Some features analyze the face in photos you provide (to detect that a clear face is present and to position and animate the singer) and, if you train a custom voice, create a voice model derived from your recordings. We use this data solely to render the content you request — never to identify you across services or for advertising. Face images and voice models are retained no longer than needed for the related feature and are permanently deleted on request (email techhunt.bridge@gmail.com) or when you delete the related voice or creation in the app. Where your jurisdiction treats face or voice data as biometric information requiring consent, your use of these features — and, where shown, the in-app AI Data Processing notice — constitute that consent.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

4. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

5. Sharing of information

We may share information with:

Our current service providers include Mixpanel (analytics), Google Firebase (analytics, push notifications, and remote configuration), Kie.ai and its media partners (music, image, and video generation, including file hosting of content you submit), OpenAI (text generation and audio transcription), Anthropic (scene planning from your text inputs), and Replicate (custom-voice processing). We keep this list current as providers change.

We do not sell your personal information as that term is commonly defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

6. International transfers

We and our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.

7. Retention

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as HTTPS for network traffic and secure storage where appropriate (for example Keychain for sensitive device state). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to data portability. You may:

To exercise privacy rights or ask questions, contact us at techhunt.bridge@gmail.com.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11. AI-generated content disclaimer

Outputs from AI features may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or incomplete. They are for creative and entertainment purposes only and are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for how you use and share generated content.

12. Third-party links

The Service may link to websites or services we do not control. Their practices are governed by their own policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law (for example in-app or by email).
